Banh cuon special #1 for the tasty win! It's so fresh and legit here! Inside ingredients is perfectly what's needed to make this dish. I like how they provide a piece of the peppered ham - my fave in banh mi (sandwiches). Their sauce and hot peppers, complement this dish perfectly. #19 nem cuon (sausage spring roll) is a great appetizer. I adore the side sauce too! It's busy here for the weekends afternoons. Parking lot is the best way to go for parking in this bustling plaza!

The workers I interacted with were friendly. The food is delicious when eaten there. Unfortunately, this time I took it to and ate it about 30 minutes later, so it was a bit mushy. I put my name on the list but the line was so long that I decided to order to go instead. I should have jus waited and ate there because they went through the list pretty fast. I waited about 15-20 more minutes after my name was called. Lesson learned. Very busy plaza so parking is terrible on the weekend!

My party of 4 came here on Saturday around 1pm and luckily only had to wait a few minutes to be seated outside. I ordered the meat-filled banh cuon and it was delicious! This was my first time trying banh cuon, and I really liked the texture and consistency of the rice wrapper. The yam pancake (?) was super crispy as well.

Solid place for banh cuon! Usually haven't seen this at restaurants. I still however do prefer the taste of home made ones for the filing, however the rice roll was the perfect texture. I recommend getting #1 since it has everything and is a lot more food for $1.50 more. My favorite was actually the pancake it came with, sweet and crunchy. The restaurant itself was very small, but there's a lot of seating outside. The service is okay, you'll definitely need to flag someone down for help.

This is my mom's favorite banh cuon place and ever since she introduced it to me it's now mine too. On the weekend it gets very busy. We've always gone by 11:30am because that's when it starts getting packed and wait times start. They get people in and out quick though. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor has heating lamps and covers to block the wind and sun. We always get the #1 banh cuon special. Portion size is huge and everything is very tasty. The steamed pork is juicy and flavorful. The shrimp fritter and egg roll are perfectly crispy. There's a bottle of fish sauce at every table with little sauce dishes to pour your own. Be careful of the chili because it is quite spicy. I've gotten togo portions to bring to my family in SF and it was still good when I got there. If you're looking for a banh cuon spot, definitely try here and it might become your new fave.

As the name suggest, go here for Bahn Cuon! They have several plate combinations but their #1 plate is my favorite to sample a little bit of everything. Their menu is pretty simple, a page of Bahn Cuon, a page of soups, and then a page of their sides. Definitely the Bahn Cuon is the star here but all their other soups and sides are solid as well. It's always pretty busy here but service is quick. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare but there is a structure close ish if you don't mind a walk.

Pretty solid Banh cuon spot, and the Banh canh suon wasn't shabby either. Came around 430PM on sat and there was no wait.

The wait for this place was pretty long on Black Friday @ 1pm. It was probably about 30 min wait for a table of two. We ordered a bun rieu and the ban cuon special. The bun rieu came pretty fast. The bowl isn't too big but it's packed with at least one big piece of meat, multiple crab meatballs and tofu. It also comes with a few sauces (sorry I don't know the names of them). In general, I enjoyed the bun rieu. I liked the little hot sauce they provided. I can't speak for the authenticity of it though. The ban cuon platter had a lot of food. It came with a little eggroll, three different types of ham cuon and a selection of meat loaf. Although it somehow took a really long time to come. We also ordered an eggroll but it never came. We were able to cancel the order since we were full anyway. The total cost per person came to about $20 with no leftovers. I guess it is on the pricier end of the spectrum but I do think it is worth trying. I would definitely come back again and order a bun rieu. But I don't know if it is worth waiting for so long. I guess it's ok if you're bored and have nothing to do anyway.
